The February Student of the Month is Bosa! He’s the tallest German Shepherd in the pack. His full name is Lt. Bosa Warner Montana Caba and his Mama is obsessed with the San Francisco 49ers.
He came to his mom, Colette, after she saw a post from a friend whose sister had a litter in Oklahoma. She inquired and started talking to them about wanting one of the male puppies. Bosa, (originally named Squid), was already reserved but after a few conversations the breeder returned the deposit to the original family and chose Colette instead. He traveled with 3 of his siblings all the way from Oklahoma to Pennsylvania and arrived at 9 weeks old to his forever home. The rest, as they say, is history. Bosa is a strong, dominant dog who likes to be a leader. His favorite pastime is playing ball!
He has many quirks and funny moments and is sometimes very vocal. Bosa loves to travel in the car and go on road trips to his Nanny’s house. He’s very well mannered; his full time position is protector of the house! He also volunteers his time at the Schuykill County prison with Zia as a mentor dog with his bestie, Barkley, and Autumn.
Born on June 30, 2023, Bosa will be 3 in a few months. Time sure does fly but he is his Mama’s best buddy and loves his cuddle time. Our pack is lucky to have them both.
